THE HOUSE

 

  We'll tell you a little about the house's history.

 

A renovated traditional Canarian farmhouse, over 250 years old, for exclusive use "without sharing." This stone house has wooden floors, maintaining the original structure and materials of its construction. The house has been officially declared a Historical Heritage of Cultural Interest by the Canary Islands Government. It has two large terraces with a barbecue, and a private pool is also available from March to October. Its furniture has been preserved and renovated without sacrificing the enjoyment and comfort of modern advances, incorporating appliances and other elements that make the stay comfortable.

 

Enjoy sunsets and starry nights, while enjoying ample indoor and outdoor space where you can enjoy the sun, play with the children, and take routes or walks in a completely natural setting.

 

 Pepita La De Las Flores Rural House, the first rural house in the entire municipality of Tejeda, is well-known among local residents as it was the first store in the area after Pepita's husband, Juan, arrived from Cuba with some money, allowing them to start this small business.

We offer our guests comprehensive information on various aspects related to their accommodation, its surroundings, the island, and more.

Our rural house features spacious rooms with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a variety of modern amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoying a relaxing weekend or vacation has never been so easy and affordable.
You can bring your dog or pet to our house as long as it's kind to the house.
The house is heated with electric, radiant, and gas heaters. It accommodates four guests and two more on a sofa bed.

 

  • 1 bedroom with a double bed.

  • 1 bedroom with two single beds.

  • 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

  • Fully equipped kitchen, garden terrace, and parking next to the house.

  • Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, pillows, and a crib (if needed).

  • Kitchen: All appliances, including oven and microwave.

  • Living Room: Double sofa bed, Wi-Fi, TV with USB and satellite, and hard drive with documents about the island, the area, hiking, etc., speakers, telescope, 4 hiking sets with walking sticks, maps, and guides to local trails.

  • Bathroom: Towels, hairdryer, iron and clothes board.

  • Terrace: Excellent barbecue, patio furniture

  • Patio with views.

  • Dogs and other pets are welcome. (€4 per pet/night)
